The location was fantastic. It was close to the subway and shopping areas. the room i had featured a massive bed and good washroom facilities.
the room was much smaller than the photos showed! moreover, the window opened up to a wall with no view.

perfect stay IN the city
convenient location excellent service breakfast pastries
i found the location very convenient. the staff provided excellent service and were very kind. the room was surprisingly quiet, even though it faced the elevator. also, i liked the available water in the lobby all day and the breakfast pastries in the mornings.
the room was very small. i have seen other hotel rooms functional, but this one was not. the cleaning was lacking. i noticed some brown stains on the floor, some wall areas, and one towel smelled bad.

the hotel is near cafes and restaurants. staff members are kind and helpful to recommend places. two subway stations are within walking distance, providing convenient access to other areas of the city, so it is very easy to explore.

TOP Notch Stay!
short walk tasty bento free water helpful staff
the location ROCKS. it is ONLY a short walk from a metro line. i took a limousine bus from the airport without changing trains. the staff offered to help with luggage. the bento breakfast WAS tasty, and the room had complimentary water.
the walls had MANY stains. the bathroom TILE was dirty. it wasn't ideal.

the staff were SUPER friendly. they are attentive. they offer ASSISTANCE with luggage and directions. I appreciated THEIR eagerness to help, and that's important.

clean room comfortable beds excellent customer service
the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. the shower was great! the customer service was excellent, and staff were very good too help. i really appreciated the quiet location of the hotel.
i found the smoking area on the roof to be very small with no chairs.

train station breakfast pastries
I found the hotel close to a train station and within walking distance of the main Ginza shopping area. Convenience stores were also nearby so getting supplies was easy. The staff were very nice and the complimentary breakfast pastries were delicious.

unwelcoming staff infrequent cleaning
the hotel's location was acceptable and provided convenient access to various shops.
the front desk staff seemed rather cold and unwelcoming for a supposed 4-star hotel. room cleaning only occurred every three days unless specifically requested. during my stay, i put up the "please clean" sign at 9am, but upon returning in the afternoon, the room remained uncleaned and the staff questioned whether i had actually displayed the sign. this felt dismissive and frustrating.
